Order and Policies Information
Please keep in mind that most of our designs are available for
our regular 1.55 oz bars, jumbo bars, etc. Most designs can be be adapted to fit the miniature sized bars as well, however,
space for wording is a little limited.
BUSINESS INFORMATION - We add our
business contact information to every product we manufacture. It is printed in a very
small font size and usually in light gray. We try to make it as inconspicuous as possible, but it must remain on all
of our items. If this is an issue for you, please contact us and we will discuss ways to accommodate you.
Set-up Fees: There is a $5.00 design
set-up fee that must be paid before we will start a design.

Privacy Policy:
Sugarfairy Designs respects our customers privacy. We are not in the
business of selling our customers information and it will not be shared with any 3rd parties at any time. The information
you submit to us is for internal use only.
Your satisfaction is our first and foremost primary concern. We will work
hard to make your experience with Sugarfairy Designs a pleasant one.
Customer e-mail address are used to send promotional updates no more
than 12 times per year. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email

How can I place an order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express through Pay Pal (you
do not need to register with Pay Pal - we will send you an invoice first). We also accept money orders and personal checks.
If you are paying by check, we will not ship your order until the check clears,
usually 7-10 days. Please make checks payable to Lourdes Estepa.
Full payment for your order must be received before we process your order. However,
we require a 50% deposit on all orders over $100.00. Any balance owed is due before the order will be shipped.
Sorry, due to the costs of customs, we only ship within the US. Prices are subject
to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges. New York residents must add 8.25% sales
tax.

Please be sure to include a valid email address and phone number so we
can contact you regarding your order. Shipping charges will be added to your order total once we have received

Personalized wrappers with a photograph may be delayed if the image is
not received in a timely manner.
For special occasions, events or wedding favors, we recommend you place your
order 3 to 4 weeks prior to the event, allowing us processing time and ensuring you receive the product at least 7 days before
your event.
Payments
Sugarfairy Designs currently accepts Visa and Mastercard, online Visa, Mastercard, Discovery Card , American Express
and eCheck payments through PayPal as well as Checks and Money Order through regular mail. All checks and money orders
should be made out to Sugarfairy Designs. We will send you the complete address where payment is to be send out to once
proofs are approved. We
There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
PayPal is an online payment processor that allows you to pay anyone who has an email address over a secure connection.

Option:
We can send you a request for payment form, if you prefer. Alot of people choose this option, instead of opening an

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is applied for deliveries with New York State.
Legal:
Sugarfairy Designs is not affiliated with any of the companies or their divisions and subsidiaries
whose products we provide wrappers for. Sugarfairy Designs is not responsible for allergic reactions or contaminants
to any food. Please refer to original wrapper for ingredient information.
Allergy information: chocolate contains milk. Mr. Goodbar®
contains peanuts.
Other Conditions:
Sugarfairy Designs reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Rush Orders
Yes, we can do rush orders. Rush delivery is available for orders need in less than 5 days at $15 per order.
This fee is in addition to regular shipping costs. However, personalized wrappers with a photograph may be delayed if
the image is not received in a timely manner.

Orders for Birth Announcements wrappers, Newspapers, etc. are given top priority and can be shipped within
3 days of design approval. All other orders, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping and Handling
We
take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making your personalized wrapper. Shipping charges are based upon your
total order value. Because temperatures vary across the country, we may not be able to ship your chocolate over the
weekend in order to ensure quality upon arrival. When climate or destination require extra care, we may require air shipping
and/or climate controlled packaging for your chocolates.
Please Note:
Sugarfairy Designs cannot be held responsible for chocolate bars melting or becoming damaged during summer months unless shipped
by Overnight Express Mail.
We highly recommend shipping wrappers only during the warmer months or to
year round warm climates. You can purchase the candy bars locally to wrap yourself. Sugarfairy Designs will do everything
possible to ensure your candy bars arrive safely, however, we cannot be responsible for wrapped candy bars that are damaged
or melted during shipping.
Shipping
and Handling charges for our products is determined by weight and destination of package. We ship United States Priority
and Express Mail. Shipping charges will be added to your order total once we have received your order.
In order to ensure quality and freshness, please allow 2 weeks for shipment
of your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products,
there are a few shipping stipulations:

We recommend sending your package to an address where someone will be able to care for it
immediately upon arrival. Packages may be sent to a residential or business address where you, a friend or family member are
available. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.....street addresses only.

Warm weather
shipments are subject to higher shipping fees as they are shipped overnight or 2nd day (depending on where we are shipping
to).

Due
to the nature of our products it is advisable to have someone personally accept packages. Please be sure to provide
a ship to address that generally has someone present that can accept delivery. We are not responsible for packages left
outside by any mail/package carrier. Nor are we responsible for packages that are not picked up or alternate delivery
arrangements made once notice is left by the carrier about an attempted delivery of a package.

Any
errors must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of package. Please check your packages carefully when they
arrive.

During summer
months, and when shipping to states of warmer climate, we do not guarantee the safe delivery of our chocolates.

We
reserve the right to ship via the carrier service of our choice. If a specific carrier is requested please let us know.
There may be an additional fee if special arrangements need to be made that are not within our regular shipping methods.

Changes & Proofs
Initial Design and 2 changes are Free. Any changes beyond that will be
charged $15.00 for each change.
Proofs are not mandatory, but we strongly suggest you
do proof your wrappers, etc. before we make the final printing. We cannot guarantee tthat there will not be any printing
errors. You must sign an approval form prior to printing that states all information, dates, spelling, etc. is correct.
Once this approval is given, changes cannot be made; so please proof your wrapper very carefully prior to giving approval. If
you give me the wrong date, I cannot be responsible for that, so check your dates and spelling of names very carefully. Shipping
charges are non refundable. Before you are charged for your order, your design will be sent to you in .JPEG format, by E-mail,
for your final approval before printing. Once you have approved the final design for your wrappers, you are then obligated
to pay for the order.
Please Note: Colors may vary slightly from
what is seen on screen.
We are having a Cinderella, Spiderman, Sponge Bob,
etc. theme party can you make wrappers for these?
NO! These characters are copyrighted through their respective companies.
These copyrights needs have to be respected. I will work with you to incorporate the theme into working colors, etc.

Can I add photograph, artwork, or logo?
Yes, we can add your photograph, artwork or logo. We accept images via e-mail at mailto:sugarfairydesigns@yahoo.com. When sending images we prefer receivig them in JPG format, but will also accept GIF format. Large photos
(11 x 10 or greater) must be at least 72 dpi. Smaller photos require 200 dpi or greater. We will send you
a photo release form, etc. It is your responsibility to provide photo releases for use of professional photographs,
we can email you a copy of our form.
Can I order wrappers only and wrap them myself at
home?
Yes, you may order our personzalized wrappers without the chocolate bars. We will print the wrappers and ship
wrapping instructions. For best results, we suggest you use food-safe glue stick as your adhesive. Please
note, the Hershey's standard 1.55 oz bar is no longer available with the silver foil wrap from Hershey's. When
you order the standard chocolate bar with us, you have the option of adding color foil of your choice*
we apply the foil wrap under the personalized wrappers to give you the Classic Hershey's look.
* foil under wrapper - please add 10 cents per wrapper.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. You will have the
change to preview and approve your wrapper design prior to completion by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Not, at the moment we are not shipping internationally. We only ship within the United States.

Most clients find it flattering to have their loved one's photo featured, but if you wish to avoid this or have your
