About us

This business is owned and operated by me, Lourdes. I am a proud single mom of 4 wonderful children. They are my pride and joy and give me the strenght to continue doing what i love to do. We reside in beautiful Upstate New York.

I take special pride in every product I produce and will work hard to make the perfect gift for you.

Our motto is "treat others as you would like to be treated". So if there's anything we can do for you, please feel free to just ask.

Special Dedication

This website is dedicated to my beautiful and most loving mama (grandmother) who I loved and still love with all my heart. She raised me and never left my side. Her love and faith in me helped me to start this business. I lost mama on February 2004, and my life will never be the same. I miss her truly but know she is lookind down at me and guiding me in every decision that I make. "I LOVE YOU MAMA"

This website is also dedicated to my 4 children who keep me going every day, mommy loves you!

Our Company

Sugarfairy Designs is a home/web based business located in Upstate New York. We have been interested in starting our own business for many years and are excited to finally have reached that goal. Taking our business to the web makes the process even more exciting. We we will work very hard with you to help you create the perfect gift, favor, candy arrangement, etc. Please check us regularly as we are always adding new designs. $5.00 set up fee for all bars - The set-up fee must be paid before we will start a design.

The fee will be deducted from the total when you order. Please note that if you decide not to order, this fee is a non-refundable.
$10.00 set up fee for Custom Bars

Photos can be added (Additional $5.00 set up fee)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order (the deposit will be credited to your final payment)

*Orders will be completed after we receive your check or Money order and your final draft is approved. Once item is approved there is no cancelations

** IMPORTANT BUSINESS INFORMATION ** - We add our business contact information to every product we manufacture. It is printed in a very small font size and usually in light gray. We try to make it as inconspicuous as possible, but it must remain on all of our items. If this is an issue for you, please contact us and we will discuss ways to accommodate you.

Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or distribute our list of customers or your personal information to anyone, under any circumstances. We are committed to respecting your privacy. We occasionaly use clients' photos and/or announcements on our web site or in our printed catalogs for promotional purposes. In these cases, we NEVER include any identifiable personalization information. Most clients find it flattering to have their loved one's photo featured, but if you wish to avoid this or have your child's photo removed, please contact us at mailto:sugarfairydesigns@yahoo.com and we will remove it immediately.
